Malted Grain Sourdough

While I love the 4 Sourhdough Mikate loaves I have tried, one has to have a favourite. Unfortunately one of the others hits the 'sweet spot' more.
The Malted Grain is still tasty, however I can't personally live with being unfaithful to the Live and Herb loaf. One has to try though.
All Sourdough Mikate loaves are exceptional and who would go back to shop bought after trying! Exceptional Customer Service and feedback. One can feel the love given in baking and carefully packaging. Delivery is super fast by Royal Mail. Quicker than a 1st Class letter. Try any of the Sourdough Mikate breads and you'll give up your Soul for more.

I had an exceptional experience with this bakery! The quality of the bread is truly amazing, with a noticeable difference in the taste and texture, thanks to the premium source of the dough. The malted grain in particular, took me straight back to my childhood—it’s that good!

The prices reflect the quality and the care put into sourcing the best ingredients. Cheap, sub standard bread from supermarkets with unhealthy ingredients used in bulk production simply can’t compare to the artistry and wholesomeness this bakery offers.

On top of the fantastic products, the service is outstanding. Despite always being busy, the staff are friendly, helpful, and take the time to make each customer feel welcome.

This bakery is a gem for anyone who appreciates great quality and authentic flavors. Highly recommended!

This is the third loaf that we have had from Sourdough Mikate, two of which have been the malted grain sourdough. Excellent crumb, firm but not too hard, a good balance. The loaf cuts beautifully and there is no danger of the loaf becoming stale as it is gone within two days.

Our neighbours introduced us to this bread from Sourdough Mikate and we are addicted! Delicious, light and so satisfying! We have tried a number of different loaves and each is uniquely flavoured.

The bread is soon gone as it is honestly so flavoursome - especially just on it’s own with butter! Insatiable! Best fresh, but we have also frozen and used later and the bread holds it’s flavour moisture. Simply delicious.
